Sandy Kirnan has been a licensed realtor since 1977. In addition to being Broker/Owner of Kirnan Real Estate, Inc. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). Since 1998 Sandy has been an active member of the CNYIS Board of Directors, she serves on the Professional Standards Committee, and has also served on the Grievance Committee. Every year Kirnan is privileged to take on more responsibility in the Real Estate Industry including helping to organize the annual Parade of Homes event, one of the largest annual events in the Real Estate Industry. |

Sandy also attends National Real Estate Conferences to stay on the Cutting Edge of the Real Estate Industry Nationwide. Kirnan Real Estate also offers its hospitality at their office in Liverpool on a weekly basis to the Cat Coalition, she consistently supports the efforts of many local charities including Pop Warner Sports programs for youth, local high-school programs & activities, March of Dimes, Susan B. Comen Breast Cancer Fundraiser, United Way, Liverpool Chamber of Commerce Parks & Summer Music Program, as well as encouraging her sales staff to offer their personal support in many community events. |
